APSCHA needed a conference platform that could carry a pan-African audience from first announcement through to award-night — speaker profiles, sponsor visibility, a live gallery, and a full awards submission system, under one visual identity built for the occasion.
Outcome
A conference platform the organizing committee could run independently — submissions, gallery updates, and sponsor visibility, all without needing a developer on standby during the event.

- A navy, gold, and coral design system built specifically for the conference
- Cloud-backed media gallery with a fast, filterable lightbox
- Awards entry system with file upload and spam protection
- Transactional email infrastructure for entry confirmations
